Website visit analytics

From the first public-page opening, our visit history records public pages, interactions, contact clicks, active foreground time, browser/device category and approximate country/region/city, without waiting for a notice button. Region may reflect a VPN. We use a random per-tab visit ID, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity, and retain visit history for 30 days. No message/form text, raw IP, full User-Agent, GPS location or private selection URLs are stored in this stream. Contact clicks are not proof of a message or identity. You can disable further collection below without restricting the site. Pending events are discarded; this does not erase events already sent. Clearing browser storage resets your choice. A previous Not now choice is respected. These settings apply to our visit history, not Google Analytics.

1. Introduction & Core Principles

This page describes the public EscPoint website and its visit analytics. Following a link to the separate application, Telegram or WhatsApp opens another service; information you submit there is separate from this website visit stream.

The analytics controls above let you stop further collection by our own website visit stream without restricting public pages.

2. Data We Collect & How It Is Protected

The public website processes the following information:

• Public page paths, curated interaction events and active foreground time
• Browser/OS versions, device category and approximate region
• A random per-tab visit identifier, campaign labels and referrer host

Requests use HTTPS. Visit history is available only through the authenticated internal Ops interface with the required permissions; there is no public history endpoint.

3. Data We Do Not Store

Our own website visit stream does not store:

• Message or form contents
• Raw IP addresses, full User-Agent strings or GPS coordinates
• Private selection URLs, arbitrary URL queries or media URLs
• A persistent cross-site visitor identity or screen recordings

This describes the analytics stream only, not conversations you choose to initiate with managers through other services.

4. How We Use Your Data

Website analytics helps us understand:

• Which public pages and functions visitors use
• How much active time is spent on pages
• Which contact links are opened and where the interface needs improvement

A contact click does not prove that a message was sent or identify a conversation. The visit stream does not automatically link visits to chats.

5. Service Providers

Hosting, security and storage providers process information necessary to deliver the website and operate analytics. Google Analytics is an existing separate measurement integration; the controls above do not change its settings.

Contact links open services such as Telegram and WhatsApp, which apply their own privacy policies to information you choose to send.

6. User Control & Data Retention

Our own visit history is retained for 30 days and pruned by scheduled maintenance. Per-tab visit identifiers renew after 30 minutes of inactivity. Collection may be incomplete because of blockers, network failures or disabled analytics.

You can disable further collection above. This clears unsent events but does not erase previously transmitted history. Clearing browser storage resets your local choice.
